You can make up Personal Flower Essences from the Stock Bottles in the Practitioners Kits.
Practitioners are encouraged to use their own intuition and judgment when choosing which Flower Essences to use for each individual, or for each situation.
The descriptions of the Flowers, the Repertory of Symptoms and the Photographs can all be used as guidelines for choosing which Essences to use. By meditating on these you will gain further information about each Flower Essence, and how to combine them.
There is no set number of Essences that should go into a Personal Dose Bottle, and you are asked to use your own intuition and integrity in choosing which Essences to use.
You can record your selection on the Dose Record Sheet, also noting the date, and the name of the person who will be taking the Essences.
You will usually find that the person will be ready for a new combination of Flower Essences when the bottle is finished, and often sooner. Again you are encouraged to use your own intuition and judgement about this.
Dropper bottles are prepared, containing 25% alcohol (brandy or vodka) and 75% water (preferably spring or distilled water).
Four drops are dispensed from each Stock Bottle, and this is then shaken firmly 10 to 20 times.
The dose is 4 drops 4 times daily, or as guided by the individual and the practitioner.
