The links to the right point to PDF Order Form files which will open in a new window.

To download the forms without first opening them, right-click on the link and select Save Target as... (Internet Explorer) or Save Link as... (Firefox) and select a location on your own computer to save the files to. You can then print out and fill in the forms at your leisure.

Online Ordering

You can buy with a secure online order and credit card payment.

Clicking on any of the links to the right will open an Order Page in a new window. Each item on the page is accompanied by an "Add To Cart" button — clicking on the button will open a Shopping Cart page with the appropriate item added.

You can keep adding items to the Shopping Cart from the Ordering pages, and the Shopping cart will be automatically updated.

On the Shopping Cart page you can adjust the quantities of each item you want, or remove items you don't want by clicking on the Trash icon to the right of the item entry. You can also select the appropriate shipping rate there, depending on whether you are a New Zealand or International customer.

Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund

Once an order has been shipped there can be no refunds.

Return

Any defective products will be replaced free of charge, including postage and handling.

Shipping

Any items to be shipped will be sent within 7 working days.
